1. Introductory Provisions

1.1 These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the terms) govern the operation of the Berk-Vehovar Kompoziti d.o.o. online store – www.berk-composites.com the rights and obligations of users, and the business relationship between Berk-Vehovar Kompoziti d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the provider) and the buyer of products.

1.2 The online store is managed by Berk-Vehovar Kompoziti d.o.o., registered in the Slovenian Business Register.

1.3 By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they agree with these terms of business.

2. Ordering

2.1 Orders are accepted via the website, email

2.2 The buyer must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

2.3 Upon placing an order, the buyer will receive an email confirmation of the order.

2.4. Orders received on our online store will be processed within 24-72 hours of receipt of payment.

3. Prices

3.1 All prices on the website are stated in EUR and include VAT.

3.2 The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

4.2 The provider will issue an invoice, which the buyer will receive upon delivery of the ordered products.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery is available worldwide.

5.2 Delivery costs are calculated separately and depend on the weight and destination country.

5.3 The provider undertakes to deliver the products within the agreed timeframe.

6. Product Returns

6.1 The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

6.2 The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging.

6.3 The buyer bears the cost of returning the product.

6.4 The buyer must fill out the product return form (see below) and enclose it with the returned product.

7. Complaints

7.1 The buyer has the right to make a complaint in the event of a material defect or damage to the product.

7.2 The buyer must fill out the complaint form (see below) and send it together with the product to the company’s address.

7.3 The provider will address the complaint as soon as possible and inform the buyer of the next steps.

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1 The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the buyer.

8.2 Personal data is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order and necessary communication.

9. Warranty

9.1. Berk-Vehovar Kompoziti d.o.o. carbon components are covered by a two year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It applies to the original purchaser of the product and is nontransferable.

10. Final Provisions

10.1 The provider reserves the right to change the terms at any time and without prior notice.

10.2 Any disputes will be resolved amicably; if this is not possible, the competent court in Ljubljana will have jurisdiction.
